Auto Report Shows Families Hurting

“A new report from the Automotive Policy Research Centre out of Hamilton shows governments lost out on $7-billion in tax revenue because of the downturn in the auto industry.

Young families in Windsor are taking the biggest hit according to the report. It’s suggested those families ages 25-34 years old in Windsor have seen the worst annual dollar decline of about $18,000 between 2000 and 2012.”
