On March 17th & 18th, 2016 the APRC hosted a workshop at the Kingbridge Centre in Toronto to present and discuss APRC research on a number of different projects.
Presentations from this event will eventually form the basis of papers to be published in a special issue of the academic journal Canadian Public Policy later this year.
The 2-day event featured a plenary presentation by Case Western Reserve University professor Dr. Susan Helper, a roundtable discussion on manufacturing policy featuring Dr. Thomas Klier (Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago), Dr. Matthias Oschinski (Ontario Ministry of Finance) and Dr. Alex Covarrubias (Sonora College of Mexico), and more.
